A thoughtful Dealer put this customer in touch with us. Why? Their In-house finance company could not tailor a finance package to the customer’s needs. The customer wanted a balloon at the end of the finance term and the dealership simply couldn’t achieve this. The knock-on effect therefore was that the customer’s monthly payments would have been too high for him to manage….. We listened to his story and his requirements and needless to say, he was delighted that we arranged a financial package, with a balloon payment at the end which meant his monthly repayments were affordable.
