A quick telephone call and a rapport was established, along with an understanding of exactly what was required. This busy Company Director was after a personal car finance loan that would enable him to make additional over payments and the flexibility to settle the agreement earlier than the end date if his cash-flow allowed. All actually very simple and we quickly provided a number of finance illustrations and arranged to get the loan approved.
Being pushed for time we even met the customer at the motor dealers premises to sign the finance paperwork, agreeing with him and the salesman a date and time for the funds transfer to enable collection a few days later.
