Fast Car Finance arranges £100,000 equity release
When the owner of this 1970’s Aston Martin wanted to raise a significant sum of a money in a short time frame, he knew that the team at Fast Car Finance would come up with a solution.
Our equity release scheme was perfect for this and having obtained all the paperwork from the client relating to the car and its service history, we then arranged for an independent valuation to be organised. With the valuation swiftly returned to us, we were then able to advise the owner that we could advance circa 80% of that value back to him via our “sale & hire purchase back” service. In effect, the customer got to retain use and ownership, whilst giving the finance company legal title in the vehicle for the duration of the loan.
A finance proposal was then prepared and submitted to the lender, complete with a copy of our valuation for the car. This enabled the lender to agree a significant loan for £100,000, with the cash paid directly to our client following a formal inspection of the car before draw down.
Our equity release scheme allows the owners of classic and high value cars to release cash locked up in their car or wider car collection, enabling them to use the money for other projects. This may include acquiring another car, investing in a business opportunity or perhaps paying a large tax obligation that has fallen due.
