Many of our clients spend a long time searching for the perfect model before purchasing a car and this was certainly the case for our Porsche enthusiast client. We were introduced by one of Fast Car Finance’s specialist Ferrari dealership contacts, however sadly, our client decided that on reflection a classic Ferrari was not the sort of car he could drive on a regular basis.
Luckily, our client is well connected in the world of Porsche sports cars, so managed to find a very drive-able and quite rare Porsche 911 Targa which was more suited to his needs. Knowing the supplying dealer also meant that our client was able to buy the car with confidence. He also knew that Fast Car Finance would manage the Porsche 911 finance transaction quickly and with the discretion required with such a purchase.
As an affluent company director based in central London, our client also had the cash to buy the car without the need for hire purchase car finance. However, he wanted to arrange finance over three years with very low monthly payments retaining his cash for other purposes. At a total cost of £49,995 for the Porsche 911 Targa, our client put in a deposit of £23,000 and benefits from monthly repayments of just under £200 per month!
When the Hire Purchase agreement matures in three years’ time, our client can either refinance the vehicle and stretch the loan out over a longer period of time, or pay off the remaining £27,000 balance and take full ownership.
In summary, our client was delighted that we were able to secure him the finance deal that he needed, with low monthly repayments and a competitive APR. Furthermore, he was able to drive off and enjoy his car for the weekend less than a week after making his initial Ferrari finance enquiry.
