There are a plethora of car finance brokers and on-line motor finance “specialists” offering and promoting super car finance for car enthusiasts, sadly a small minority simply don’t have the breadth of knowledge and experience that the team here at Fast Car Finance has.

This particular Company Director had already engaged with the service of another car finance broker before he made contact with us and with something of a cry for help. Looking to purchase a £150,000 used low mileage Porsche GT3, his finance application appeared to have stalled with the broker and their lender and he was now in real danger of losing the car if he could not complete the purchase on time. Panic was starting to set in, and Fast Car Finance were asked to step in and try and recover the situation.

A quick initial conversation with our Managing Director late on a Friday afternoon quickly put this busy Company Directors mind at rest and we set about arranging used Porsche finance for him. The issue was clearly one around his annual income, which it transpired came in several different formats to include, salary, dividend, expenses and also tax efficient trust. The latter was causing some questions that the other broker was struggling to address with the lender. We identified this and requested the relevant supporting documents also involving the customers accountant.

Did you know that for high value luxury car finance, underwriters wish to be able to see clear proof of income and the ability to meet the proposed repayments. The incumbent broker had failed to obtain the relevant information and hence the finance application was stalling. The initial enquiry was made at 3pm and by close of business the same day we had the finance application submitted to the lender, with the approval coming back on the required terms the next working day.

The result was a happy ending, and our Managing Director even took time out to travel to the Northeast to meet the client, something we know many of our peers don’t offer. Our highly personal service is something that sets us apart.
