A customer of ours for some years now   rang the HQ on a Saturday morning.   It transpired that    after an extensive search for a period of over 18 months for the ‘perfect’ car he had found the one!   The only problem being that he was  literally going off to the USA the very next day (Sunday), but after such a long wait was extremely anxious for us not to ‘lose’ the car he had been searching for so long for.   As we know him well we were able to reassure him and off he went.   We had his ID already on file from previous deals, which meant were were able to take care of all the paperwork whilst he was on holiday and with a few scans here and there, the deal was signed up whilst he was on the other side of the world.
