Sadly this semi-retired property developer had, in the past a dispute with a builder. The result of which was that there was a County Court Judgement against him. Although our customer had settled the CCJ in full it still showed on his file. Lenders don’t typically like this type of ‘blemish’ on someone’s history and the fact that he wasn’t currently a home-owner either, didn’t help his cause any further! We didn’t let these challenges get in the way as a result of which we were able to help him finance his car.
